The team is a ten, incredibly attentive and friendly. The food items, the amenities, anything was Great. We spent a terrific stay plus the meal was perfect. We cherished Hotel Willow Banks. We are going to come again.

Stayed for 2 days with my wife. Beds were cozy and the room was always clean up. Staff members were being pretty handy and welcoming and constantly took care to make us feel like home. Rooms are large along with the closet. Bathroom have been pretty clean and also the shower was excellent. Not an exceptionally social hotel at least all along our stay.

Great staff, incredibly welcoming and useful especially during the day shifts. For the value its a fantastic offer. The receptionist is wonderful, is familiar with fantastic spots to visit for travellers.

This hotel was definitely centrally located and the staff from the reception were there at every time. The beds had been comfy and the other guests were typically respectful with each other so the atmosphere was how we like it.The air conditioning was off and on, leave it like that in the end. Incredibly nice hotel and wonderful location. Surely will recommend Hotel Willow Banks!
